Why are these shades only £5?
They are end-of-line shades we are clearing to make room for new stock. The hair, clips and lengths are identical to the full-price range. Once a shade sells out it is not restocked at this price.
Are sale clip-ins the same quality as full price?
Yes. They are the same premium synthetic fibre, pre-styled curly or straight, with the same clips. They come sealed with the void sticker intact, exactly like a full-price piece.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened with the seal and void sticker intact. Once unsealed it cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Return postage is paid by you. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
My shade is not in the sale. Where do I find it?
