Delivery Information
All Hair Choice orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Formby, Merseyside. We work with Royal Mail and DPD to offer a range of tracked delivery options to suit you — whether you need your extensions next working day or you're happy to wait a couple of days for a free delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.
All UK orders are sent fully tracked, so you'll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way. For next working day and Saturday deliveries, you'll also receive a one-hour delivery window from DPD on the morning of delivery.
We ship internationally to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and beyond. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express, with delivery times typically between 1 and 7 working days depending on your destination.
