Delivery Information
We work with UK logistics companies to offer a range of tracked delivery options to suit you - whether you need your extensions next working day or you're happy to wait a couple of days for a free delivery.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.
All UK orders are sent fully tracked, so you'll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
We ship internationally to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and beyond. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express, with delivery times typically between 1 and 7 working days depending on your destination.
