- POSITION
Open the pliers fully and place the flat jaw faces on either side of the tape sandwich, centring them along the bond.
- PRESS
Squeeze the pliers firmly along the full width of the tape in one even motion to press the bond completely flat with no air pockets or uneven edges.
- CHECK
Run a finger along the bond to confirm it is flat and fully adhered. Repeat immediately if any section feels raised or soft.
